CNC milling
We mill prismatic parts and complex geometries with CNC technology.
Two CNC machining centres (working envelopes 850 × 450 × 600 mm and 1100 × 650 × 600 mm) machine prismatic parts with complex geometries — from individual housings, fixtures and spare parts to small series of precisely milled components.
You send us a 2D drawing or 3D model. After a feasibility review we prepare the CAM programme, machine a first article, inspect it and only then start the full order. Every part is dimensionally and visually inspected under our quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015.
A specialist for individual parts. At MIKRO-PRO we are at home with series from 1 piece — precision and responsiveness are our strength, not high volume. Our 5-tonne overhead crane additionally enables the machining of heavier workpieces. Typical work includes components for fixturing, flanges, housings, parts for machine service and spare pieces made from sample.
