Inspection of finished parts

Every product that leaves our workshop undergoes 100 % inspection — not merely statistical sampling. We inspect with classical metrology using calibrated instruments: calipers, micrometers, control gauges and, where needed, gauges built specifically for your geometry.

By arrangement we produce a written measurement protocol with the measured values of key dimensions. This proves that the part meets specification and forms the basis of traceability for your end application — often required by customers in energy, the tooling industry and for parts that go into regulated assemblies.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The certificate is issued by Bureau Veritas under Accredia accreditation and covers CNC turning and CNC milling; the detailed scope is available on the Quality page.
